   Patients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.

   Late arrivals may need to reschedule.

✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellation

   Online/Phone Booking: Must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

   Walk-ins: Cannot be cancelled once checked in.

2. Refund Policy

   Consultation Fee: No refund if cancellation is within 2 hours of appointment.

   Lab Tests/Procedures:

   • Full refund if cancelled before sample collection.
   • 50% refund if cancelled after sample collection and test is not started.
   • No refund once the test is completed.

3. How to Cancel & Request Refund

   Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
